Kadenge Estate confirms every request personally. These notes explain age requirements, payment, delivery, privacy, and what happens after you send an enquiry.
Before you order
The website sends an order request rather than taking an immediate payment. You stay in control until stock, delivery, the final total, and a secure payment method have been confirmed.
Wine requests are for people aged 18 or older. The order form records the purchaser's date of birth for age verification. An adult must receive the wine; Kadenge Estate will confirm any identification and handover requirements before payment.
Sending the form does not complete a purchase. Kadenge Estate will check availability, delivery, timing, and the final total, then contact you so you can decide whether to proceed.
No payment is taken on this website. After confirming stock, delivery, and the final total, the estate will tell you which secure payment methods are available for that order. Do not assume PayPal, bank transfer, or another method is available until the estate confirms it, and never place card details in a form or email.
Delivery availability, cost, and timing are confirmed before payment. Vineyard pickup is by confirmation only; contact the estate before travelling. Delivery outside South Australia must be discussed first.
If wine arrives damaged, incorrect, or otherwise does not meet a consumer guarantee, contact Kadenge Estate promptly with the order reference and a photo where helpful. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not excluded.

FormSubmit receives a limited best-effort email-alert copy and states that it retains submissions for 30 days. Sensitive order details such as date of birth, phone, recipient, and address stay in the private owner dashboard. Never submit payment-card details.
The website host and its security provider may process technical request data and set strictly necessary security cookies to operate the site and reduce automated abuse. Kadenge Estate does not use these for advertising profiles.
